Welcome to surga99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and surga99 ("Company", "us", "we"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by the surga99 platform.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Surga99 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the surga99 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by law in your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not prohibited by local laws from participating in online entertainment activities .
• Has never had an account previously terminated by surga99 for breach of Terms.
• Registering under your own identity and not on behalf of a third party.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one active surga99 account. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. surga99 uses an identity verification (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members and the integrity of the platform.

The KYC process requires you to provide a copy of a valid identity document such as a Malaysian Identity Card, passport, or driving licence. Verification is typically completed within 24 business hours. Until KYC is complete, certain withdrawal limits may apply to your account.

• Full name as stated in your official identity document.
• An active Malaysian mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
• A valid and active email address.
• Correct date of birth for age limit verification.
• A strong password of at least eight characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. Surga99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

Deposits & Payments

Surga99 supports a wide range of local payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account automatically once payment is successfully verified.

The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page within the platform. Surga99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits using third-party accounts or cards are strictly prohibited.
• Surga99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any suspicious deposits without prior notice.
• Failed deposits not processed within 30 minutes must be reported to customer support.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your surga99 account are processed within one to three hours on business days, subject to successful verification. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your original deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering and to protect your account from unauthorised access.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.00 per transaction.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in the withdrawals section of your platform.
• Withdrawals exceeding the standard limit are subject to additional review by our finance team.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the associated bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

Rollover requirements refer to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings generated from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover requirement means you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.

In the event of a technical failure, connection disruption, or system outage during an active game session, Surga99 will use server logs to determine the valid game outcome. Results recorded on the Surga99 server are final in all technical disputes.

Prohibited Conduct

Surga99 operates a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, abuse, or behaviour that is harmful to the platform and other members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automation software, scripts, bots, or third-party tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or the use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Threatening, harassing, or distributing offensive content to other members or support staff.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of the Surga99 system in any way.

Privacy & Personal Data

Surga99 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected solely for account management, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. Surga99 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your Surga99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before the closure is processed, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be voided and eligible balances will be returned to you.

Surga99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration information that is proven to be false or misleading.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or applicable regulatory bodies.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, Surga99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with fraudulent activity or abuse. Legitimate balances will be returned once the investigation is concluded.

Limitation of Liability

The surga99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. surga99 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or viruses. We will make every effort to ensure continuous platform availability; however, occasional technical interruptions are beyond our control.

Surga99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Terms Amendment

Surga99 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via a notice on the platform or to your registered email address at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the surga99 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
